Jio says my number is inactive, how can I reactivate it?

If Jio says your number is inactive;

• Contact Jio customer support via the MyJio app, chat, or helpline and report that your number shows inactive
• Provide your Jio number, last usage/recharge date, registered ID details, and screenshots of the inactive status

Ask them to;

• Explain why the number was marked inactive (non-usage, expiry, KYC issue)
• Confirm whether the number is eligible for reactivation
• Reactivate the number or guide you through the SIM replacement/reactivation process
