Jio Number Blocking Request Due to Account Security Concerns

I am a Jio customer and I want to permanently block my Jio number 9106800***. I had logged in with this number earlier and I forgot to properly log out from my SIM/account. Now I am worried that my Jio account and related services might still be active somewhere and could be misused. While using the app I also received a screen saying that my Aadhaar verification failed, which increased my concern about the security of my account and number. I request that Jio urgently and permanently deactivate/block my number, stop all services on this number, and ensure that nobody can use it in the future. I also request written confirmation that the number has been blocked and that there is no active login or service remaining on it.
