Iwin Deposit Not Credited – Airtel Money Payment Missing

I am writing to report a failed deposit to my Iwin account. On March 31, 2026, I made a payment of ZMW 70.00 via Airtel Money to Till Number 300770, registered under GOODFELLOW DIGITAL LIMITED, to fund my Iwin account.
After completing the transaction, my Airtel Money balance was ZMW 8.38, and the transaction ID is MP260331.1130.D34761. However, despite the amount being deducted from my Airtel Money account, the ZMW 70.00 has not been credited to my Iwin account.
This is my first time using Iwin, and the experience has been very disappointing, as I expected the deposit to be credited immediately or within a reasonable timeframe.
I kindly request that this transaction be urgently traced and that the ZMW 70.00 be credited to my Iwin account without further delay. I also ask for confirmation once the amount has been successfully credited.
