I can’t add the Jeton Card to Apple Wallet and support is silent—how do I fix this?

Jeton Card not adding to Apple Wallet is typically a provisioning/tokenization issue.

Confirm the card is active, region-supported, and that your device has latest iOS. Remove any old Jeton tokens, reboot, and add over a stable Wi-Fi.

If you hit “Contact Issuer,” capture the exact error and time; then email [email protected] with device model, iOS version, last four digits, and error screenshots.

Be aware of card issuance fees and limits, which differ by product tier—review fees/limits so you don’t pay twice for a reissue.

If the card still won’t provision after 48–72h, ask Jeton to re-tokenize or issue a replacement.
