JazzCash Won’t Close My Old Account, Blocking My New Account Registration

I am writing regarding my JazzCash account closure request. I want to permanently close my old JazzCash account registered on number 032134381** so that I can open a new JazzCash account on number 032139421** for a government scheme. My previous complaint to JazzCash was already registered under Complaint ID COM7108606. Despite this, my old account is still active and I am unable to complete the process required for the government scheme. The account and complaint are in the name of Nasreen Bibi, CNIC 36101-7732696-4, resident of Chak No. 195/10 Cr, Tehsil Jahanian, District Khanewal. I request that my old JazzCash account on 032134381-- be closed on an urgent basis and that I be clearly informed, once the closure is completed, that I can open and use the new account on 032139421** for the government scheme.
