I Don't Get VIP Activation After Payment

I made a payment of Rs 504.00 via JazzCash on 26-09-2026 at 20:27:44 to BERRYS SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED for a VIP purchase. The transaction was completed successfully with transaction ID (TID) 725196917592 and there was no extra fee charged. Despite the successful payment, I did not receive any VIP activation message or confirmation after the transaction. I unable to use the VIP service I paid for and I have no information about the status of my purchase. I kindly request that my VIP be activated immediately and the related confirmation/message be sent to me based on the above transaction, or that you clearly inform me about the status of this payment.
