Jaumo Plus Subscription Restricts Likes and Forces Users to Buy Extra Coins

On November 20, I purchased a one-month Plus membership on the Jaumo app for $3, set to expire on December 20. When purchasing, I was told I would be able to send likes for an entire month; however, my access was restricted within the very first week of my subscription.

During the first few days, I could send likes, but for the past two days, a pop-up screen saying "Buy 50 coins to keep liking" keeps appearing continuously, preventing me from liking anyone because it won't go away. Their defense will likely be "there are no members left for you to like," but I don't understand how purchasing coins suddenly makes new members appear out of nowhere.

I paid for a full month of likes and Plus features. Being forced to buy extra coins and having my access restricted when I believed this was guaranteed makes me feel cheated and taken advantage of. Jaumo's practice seems misleading and unfair to users.

In exchange for the fee I paid, I demand that my right to send likes be fully unlocked without restrictions for the promised duration, that the requirement to buy coins be removed, and that my grievance be resolved.
