Sudden Instagram Ban Cuts Off Personal Access and Chat History

My Instagram account with the username @Tanmayror_333 was suddenly banned on 21 July 2026, and I can no longer access it. When I try to log in, I see a message saying that my account was banned because of another account and that I cannot use this account right now, but it is not marked as permanently disabled and there is no visible appeal option. This account was used for personal purposes and to stay in touch with my contacts, so losing access to it and to all my chats has affected me a lot. I believe this ban is a mistake caused by Instagram’s automated systems, because I did not knowingly violate any rules and I was not given any clear or specific explanation beyond the very general message on the screen. I kindly request that my account @Tanmayror_333 be reviewed manually by a real support agent, and that the restriction be removed if no serious violation is found. If there is any specific issue, I request that it be clearly explained to me and that I be given a fair chance to appeal and recover my account and chats.
