Recover Instagram Account Without Email Access

I am writing because my Instagram account with the username “callme_that_gal” is being used by someone else without my permission. Today my mom informed me that there were posts and messages being sent from this account that I did not create. When I try to secure or log back into my account, Instagram says it is sending a code, but I no longer have access to the email address or phone number linked to the account. Because of this, I cannot receive the code and I am completely locked out while another person continues texting people and posting from my profile. I request that my access to the account be restored by updating the recovery information in a way that allows me to log in again, and that any unauthorized posts or messages be reviewed and removed if necessary.
