My Instagram Account Suddenly Disabled Without Explanation

My Instagram account with the username @its_kapil_baba_01 was suddenly disabled on 13 August without any clear reason being shown to me. When I try to log in, I only see an information screen stating that my account has been disabled. I use this account mainly for personal communication, and losing access has disrupted my contact with my friends and people I regularly talk to. I have not been informed which rule or guideline I supposedly violated, and I have not been given a clear explanation about this decision. I kindly request that my account be reviewed in detail, that I be clearly informed of the specific reason for the suspension if there is one, and that my account be reactivated as soon as possible if no serious or intentional violation is found.
