iPhone 13 Pro Max Instagram Reels Issue

I've been using an iPhone 13 Pro Max, and the Reels section on Instagram has mysteriously vanished since I switched phones in January. It occasionally appears when I delete and reinstall the app, but then it disappears. It's been a frustrating 6 months without access to the Reels section. It does not appear on my home screen, and there are no Reels videos to be found in the Explore section. Interestingly, when I access Instagram from another phone or computer, the Reels section appears, but not on my iPhone. This Instagram Reels issue has been a source of frustration for me, and I'm looking for a solution to restore this feature to my iPhone 13 Pro Max.
