Instagram Disabled My Account Due to a Linked Facebook Account Problem
My Instagram account with the username “sagar____jack” has been suspended, and I believe this is a big mistake. When I try to log in, I see a message saying that my Instagram account was suspended because I have a Facebook account that does not follow the rules, and that I have 180 days to appeal or the account will be permanently disabled. It also says the account was disabled on 4 June 2026. I do not agree with this decision, and I do not knowingly violate any Instagram rules. This Instagram account is very important to me because I have many personal memories and important messages there that I do not want to lose. I have already tried to appeal using the options Instagram provides, but my account is still suspended and I have not been able to resolve the issue. I kindly request that my Instagram account “sagar____jack” be reviewed again independently of any Facebook issue and reactivated as soon as possible. At the very least, I ask to be allowed access to recover and download my messages, photos, and memories linked to this account so that I do not lose this data permanently.
