Instagram Account Tried to Scam Me Using Mobile Payment Codes

I contacted an Instagram account named “beless_uc82” to receive a free account. The person on the other side tried to deceive me by asking me to send a code via mobile payment. After I entered my phone number, I noticed mobile payment wording on the code screen they sent, which made me suspicious, so I did not proceed with the transaction. After that, in an attempt to convince me, they sent what I believe was a fake image meant to serve as a guarantee. I told them that I would not accept this, that I had seen many people like this before, and that I would report the matter to official authorities, including CİMER if necessary. After this, the other party became afraid and quickly started deleting the messages. I request that Instagram investigate this account and take the necessary action so that it does not mislead other users.
