InShot adds a watermark after update even though I paid, how can I restore premium access?

If InShot shows a watermark after you paid, first make sure you’re signed into the same account used for your purchase (Google, Apple ID, etc.), because subscriptions are tied to that account and switching accounts can hide premium status.

If you still see the watermark, open InShot’s Settings and tap “Restore Purchases” to re-verify your payment with the store — this usually restores premium access after an update.

If restoring purchases doesn’t work, check your purchase history in the App Store/Google Play to confirm the payment went through, then log out and back in or reinstall the app to refresh your account sync.

If the problem persists, please feel free to share. You can also file a complaint on Xolvie.
