IMVU put my account on hold with no email — how can I resolve this hold?

If IMVU put your account on hold without sending an email;

• Contact IMVU support via their Help Center or support ticket system and explain that your account is on hold with no notification
• Provide your username, registered email, date you noticed the hold, and screenshots of any in-app messages

Ask them to;

• Explain why the hold was placed on your account
• Tell you what steps or verification are required to remove the hold
• Restore full access once ownership and compliance are confirmed

If the problem persists;

• Keep all tickets, screenshots, and correspondence
• Check spam/junk folders and confirm your email is correct and verified
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek clarification, review, and account restoration
