If IMVU put your account on hold without sending an email;

Ask them to;
• Explain why the hold was placed on your account
• Tell you what steps or verification are required to remove the hold
• Restore full access once ownership and compliance are confirmed
If the problem persists;
• Keep all tickets, screenshots, and correspondence
• Check spam/junk folders and confirm your email is correct and verified
• File a complaint on Xolvie to seek clarification, review, and account restoration
