IKEA Pays No Attention to Reliable Delivery of Its Items

The problem is that the items I got from IKEA ONLINE are like they survived a big accident. They were two packs and both were almost competely damaged. One of the had a mirror and I received it broken into pieces. I sent them back and probably they will pay back. But it isn't fair as I won't be able to find those products available again. The authorities in this firm have to be more responsible, reliable. I want to be sent the products safe and sound this time. Otherwise, this unfortunate occasion will ruin the reliability of IKEA.
