Hello, Below, I’m sharing the details of the poor-quality service I received from IKEA and the unresolved issue. If service cannot be provided at a corporate level, then it shouldn’t be provided at all. Today I made my final call, and I will also message the management via LinkedIn during the day. I will seek my rights through legal channels as well—my calls and messages are recorded. This behavior violates Consumer Rights. Order Date 16.04.2025 From IKEA, I placed an order with the number **131604255699456**, and one of the four white pieces of the Hövlig tent was missing. When I called customer service, I was told to use the "Contact Us" section on their website. I followed the necessary steps. Then I was contacted and told that I had used the wrong channel, and they would send me the correct instructions via email—but I never received any email. Now, when I call, I cannot reach anyone. I’ve been shopping at IKEA for years, and this is the first time I’ve received such poor service. The product arrived undamaged, but since it was a gift, we opened it when we were going to assemble it and immediately informed them. Why am I struggling to get a missing part when I’ve already reported it? Why hasn't it been provided? Finally, I was told the Kartal store would contact me, but it’s been a while, and no one has reached out. If I had known this would happen, I would have returned the product in the first place. Our first conversation was on April 28, when I reported the issue, but I still haven’t received the missing part. I bought a gift and now regret it. I’m left waiting on hold for half an hour with false promises of solutions—possibly because they know I’ll hang up. By stalling, they made me lose my right to return the product.
