iCashOne UPI Deposit Debited but Not Credited

I made a UPI deposit today into my icash.one account, but although the amount was debited from my bank, it was not credited to my icash.one balance. The transaction was for ₹1,999.56 on 13 August 2026, processed via PhonePe. The payment confirmation screen shows the transaction ID T2608130011009352987715 and UTR number 901074140050, and the money was debited from my bank account only once. I contacted my bank and they clearly stated that the money has been successfully debited from my account. However, icash.one has not credited this amount to my wallet and I am facing this same issue repeatedly with deposits. I also tried to reach icash.one customer support, but I did not receive any response from them. I request that this missing deposit of ₹1,999.56 be added to my icash.one account or the amount be refunded back to my bank account as soon as possible, and that a permanent solution be provided so that this recurring problem does not happen again.
