Hyundai Ignored My Battery Warning and High Fuel Use in My i10 Style
My 2023 model Hyundai i10 Style package vehicle has been giving a battery warning for months and the fuel consumption average is 12 liters. Although I told the service, they did not take it seriously. They said that when the normal annual maintenance is done, the fuel consumption average will decrease. I insisted that the issue should be checked more thoroughly, but they dismissed my concerns. Even basic questions I asked were left unanswered or brushed off. As someone who has no knowledge of engines, I know that fuel consumption will not decrease in this way. I even asked if there might be a deeper issue causing both the battery warning and high fuel consumption, but they showed no interest in investigating further. Unfortunately, the relevant customer service representative does not know.
