I Hear Message Alerts Loudly in My Ear During Calls on Huawei Pura 70 Pro

I’ve been a loyal Huawei user for years, but the Huawei Pura 70 Pro has left me deeply disappointed. One of the most frustrating problems I’ve encountered is a sound issue during phone calls. While I’m on a call, every incoming message tone plays loudly and directly into my ear through the earpiece. It’s not just a quiet notification—it’s jarring, disruptive, and honestly painful at times.

I’ve searched through all the phone settings and tried multiple fixes, but nothing has worked. I even contacted customer service and spent over 16 minutes listening to hold music without anyone picking up. No response, no support.

This is a basic functionality issue. No one should have to hear every message tone blasted during a conversation. It completely ruins the call experience and makes using the phone uncomfortable and unprofessional—especially if you’re in meetings or trying to focus.
