• Review your email (including spam) for any confirmation or security request from HitBTC
• Take screenshots of the pending withdrawal, transaction ID (if any), and timestamps
Contact HitBTC support and clearly explain the delay;
• Provide your account email, withdrawal ID, asset type, network, amount, and date of request

• Explain why the withdrawal is still pending
• Manually process or release the withdrawal if no issue exists
• Cancel and refund the withdrawal to your balance if it cannot be completed
If support does not reply or the issue remains unresolved;
