Unauthorized Charge From Hint America Inc On Cash App Card

I am writing to report an unauthorized charge of $29.99 from Hint America Inc that appeared on my account on May 6, 2026 at 1:57 p.m. This payment was taken from my Cash App card, which is linked to my DoorDash card with reference FJVA7EGF9. I did not authorize this transaction and have never knowingly used any product or service from Hint America Inc, so this charge came completely out of the blue. After noticing the charge, I contacted Cash App support, and they informed me that I needed to contact Hint America Inc directly. However, despite my efforts, I have not been able to reach the company through any channel, and I have received no response or explanation for this charge. I request that this unauthorized $29.99 payment be fully refunded to me as soon as possible and that any accounts or subscriptions associated with my details at Hint America Inc be cancelled and blocked so that no further unauthorized charges can be made. I also ask for written confirmation of the refund and the closure of any related accounts for my records.
