Hinttap.com.au Charged My Card After I Cancelled the Subscription
I noticed an unauthorized charge from hinttap.com.au on my bank statement this morning, dated 20 June for the amount of 29.99 USD. This charge relates to a subscription that I specifically cancelled before confirming the purchase on your website, so I did not give my consent for this payment to be processed. During my visit to your website, I started the subscription process but cancelled it before any final confirmation or agreement to pay. Despite this, the amount of 29.99 USD was still charged to my card. I have not contacted your customer support before this; I only became aware of the charge when I checked my bank statement. I request a full refund of the 29.99 USD that was taken from my card, the immediate cancellation of any subscription that may have been created in my name, and the complete removal of my card details from your systems so that no further charges can be made. I kindly ask you to process the refund as soon as possible and to confirm in writing that the subscription has been cancelled and my payment information has been removed.
