Hint.App Refuses Refund Despite “Money-Back Guarantee” Promise

I am not satisfied with the Hint.App application. Before installing it, the app clearly stated that a refund would be provided if users were not satisfied. However, when I contacted their support team by email, I kept receiving the same automated response and no refund was issued.

I am therefore filing a complaint and requesting a refund for the unused portion of my subscription, as the app did not meet my expectations and failed to honor its own refund policy.
