Hello, I’m writing about an issue I experienced in Hay Day involving the purple vouchers. I originally had 6 regular vouchers saved up. I purchased a set of 6 purple vouchers for ₺50, expecting to have enough to buy a horse. But after completing the transaction, instead of getting the 6 new purple vouchers added separately, my total only went up to 7—meaning the game didn’t credit me correctly.
This left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I saved those 50 diamonds for a long time, and I was counting on that purchase to complete my goal. I'm a real person behind this screen, and it hurts to lose something you worked hard for because of a technical mistake or confusing in-game mechanic.
I respectfully ask that my 50 diamonds be refunded. Please look into this and help correct the issue—this wasn’t just a minor inconvenience. It completely derailed my progress.
