Hay Day Support Not Responding — Diamonds Lost, Rewards Missing
I have been experiencing serious issues in Hay Day for the past week. I’m unable to feed my animals or apply feed to my trees, and I didn’t receive any rewards in the neighborhood derby. Because of these issues, I can’t fully enjoy the game. On my account with the user code #qq**p8, the problems continued despite trying many times. I restarted the app, rebooted my device, and even deleted and reinstalled the game, but nothing worked.
During this time, I also spent a significant amount of diamonds, and although I repeatedly reported the issues to support with videos and messages, I still haven’t received any response. Due to the constant problems, I lost my derby rewards and wasted the diamonds I used.
I expect the Hay Day team to restore the rewards and diamonds I lost and to permanently fix the technical issues I am experiencing. I have been greatly inconvenienced and urgently need a solution.
