Hay Day Removed Me From My Neighborhood
I am experiencing several serious issues with my Hay Day account under the username "Ümmü💣", and I have reached a point where I can no longer resolve them on my own.
About an hour ago, I was suddenly removed from the neighborhood I belonged to, even though no one actually removed me. I contacted the neighborhood leader, who confirmed that they did not kick me out. Despite this, I am unable to rejoin the neighborhood. Every invitation that is sent to me fails, and I cannot re-enter the neighborhood under any circumstances.
In addition, for about a month, I have been unable to watch any advertisements on this account. None of the in-game ads will load, which means I cannot receive any of the rewards tied to watching ads. I have also made an in-game purchase of approximately $0 on this account.
I request that Supercell investigate both issues affecting my account, determine why I was removed from my neighborhood and why invitations continue to fail, and restore my ability to rejoin it. I also ask that the issue preventing in-game advertisements from loading be fixed so I can access ad rewards normally again.
