Hay Day Account Recovery Failed After Phone Number Change
I have been unable to access my Hay Day account for approximately one year because the phone number associated with it has changed. My farm is level 83, and my neighborhood is called "Eski Dostlar" ("Old Friends"). Although I was able to recover the account through Supercell ID, every time I try to enter the game, I receive the message: "We could not verify that you are the owner of this account, so we cannot assist with this request." As a result, I still cannot access my account.
During this time, I have contacted Supercell Support through the in-game help system multiple times. However, each time I was informed that they were unable to review my case due to a high volume of requests, and my issue has remained unresolved. While I never made any in-game purchases, I invested years of time and effort into building my level 83 farm, and I do not want to lose that progress.
I respectfully request that Supercell conduct another review to verify that I am the rightful owner of my Hay Day account and restore my access to my level 83 farm in the "Eski Dostlar" neighborhood. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in helping me recover my account so I can continue playing.
