Hay Day Neighborhood Chat Full of Insults and Inappropriate Messages

I am experiencing a serious and very upsetting issue in the “Aşiret Farm” family neighborhood we created in Hay Day. In recent days, people who are not part of our family and whom we do not know have repeatedly joined our neighborhood and used inappropriate, overly familiar, and uncomfortable language in the chat. In particular, messages such as “my love” and “I love you” made me very uncomfortable, so I politely asked them to leave the neighborhood.

After I made this request, several people, including a player named “Betulun çiftliği,” directed severe insults at me starting yesterday. I made it clear that I had not asked anyone to speak to me that way and that I simply wanted to maintain a peaceful family environment in our neighborhood. Despite this, the verbal attacks continued, and the experience has completely ruined my enjoyment of the game. I also recently told the player that I did not deserve to be spoken to this way, but I received no response.

I simply want to play Hay Day in a calm, respectful family environment without being subjected to insults or inappropriate messages. I request that the player “Betulun çiftliği” and others behaving similarly be investigated, that my chat records be reviewed, and that appropriate action be taken to protect my account from this type of harassment. I also request stronger enforcement against players who use abusive or inappropriate language in neighborhood chats.
