Hay Day Derby Progress Lost After Being Kicked From Neighborhood

On September 22, 2026, at around 11:30 PM, I experienced a serious issue while playing Hay Day on iOS during the Derby. I was working on my Derby tasks, was in second place, and was in the process of completing my fourth task. I asked another player in the neighborhood chat for some beans, and thankfully, they sent them to me. Later, while continuing to play, I checked the chat and saw that someone had asked me for something and had used rude language toward me, saying something along the lines of, “Are you too good to help?” Just as I was about to respond, I was suddenly kicked out of the neighborhood.

My main concern is not simply being kicked from the neighborhood, but the fact that all the effort, time, and Derby points I had invested were wasted as a result. I had put significant effort into progressing in the game under difficult circumstances so that I could complete my tasks. Despite this, being unilaterally and unfairly removed from the neighborhood caused all of my work, Derby points, and the time I had invested that day to be completely wasted.

I request that Hay Day investigate this unfair situation and compensate me for the Derby progress and points I lost. If possible, I also ask that appropriate warnings or disciplinary action be taken regarding the incident and that measures be implemented to prevent players from being arbitrarily removed from neighborhoods in situations like this.
