Hay Day Daily Gift Didn't Show Up on My Account
I play Hay Day on Android, and I experienced an unfair issue with the free daily reward that is offered each morning. Like many other players, I log into the game every morning to claim the free gift that is available either by watching a video or through the daily login reward. However, the first time I logged in this morning, the reward screen displayed a message saying "No gift available." Instead of receiving the expected daily reward, I was only given 5 diamonds, and the actual free gift was never added to my account.
Seeing other players receive the same promotion while my account displayed "No gift available" made me feel that my account was treated unfairly. I expect the daily login rewards to work consistently and equally for all players, so having this error occur only on my account is frustrating and disappointing.
I request that Hay Day review my account, credit the free daily reward that I was unable to claim this morning, and investigate why my account displayed the "No gift available" message. I also ask that any technical issue causing this problem be resolved so that daily rewards are distributed correctly in the future.
