First, make sure that both the app and your device's settings allow push notifications.
To turn on Happn notifications on iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Happn.
On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Happn > Notifications and make sure that the notifications are turned on.
Tap your profile picture in the app, go to App Settings, and make sure that Crushes alerts are turned on.
If you have alerts turned on but they are still not showing up, try logging out and back in to the app or removing and reinstalling it.
Messages and Crushes are saved on Happn's servers, so this won't get rid of them.
Also, make sure your internet connection is stable and that location services are turned on.
