I Got Banned for Refunding 1 Game Pack on Google Pay After Hundreds of Purchases

I made an in-game purchase using Google Pay, but quickly realized I had selected the wrong package. I submitted a cancellation request, and Google Pay approved the refund. I’ve spent years on this game and have purchased over 200 packages without a single issue—this one time, I needed a refund to buy the correct pack.

What happened next is absolutely ridiculous: I received a 20-year ban from the game. Just for refunding one item, after spending thousands of ₺ over time. Is this how loyal customers are treated?

If you're going to permanently ban someone for a single refund, then I demand a full refund for every purchase I’ve ever made. This is an outrageous and unfair punishment. I’m warning others—I will never use Google Pay again, not even for ₺1, unless this is resolved and my investment is respected. Google must step in immediately and fix this injustice.
