Google Pay Maximum Card Limit Error Blocked My Payment

March 27 5:10 PM1

On Friday, March 27, at approximately 4:25 PM, I attempted to purchase VP from the Kabasakal e-pin website using Google Pay. While proceeding with the guest checkout option, I received the following error message: “Error: You have reached the maximum number of card registrations allowed (1).” Because of this error, I was unable to complete the transaction.

Due to this issue, I could not purchase the VP, although no money was withdrawn from my account. I had previously completed guest payments on the same website using different cards through Google Pay without any problems. However, this time the system incorrectly behaved as if my card registration limit had been exceeded and prevented me from making the payment.

I request that Google Pay investigate and correct the issue related to my card registration limit and this recurring error message. I also want the necessary adjustments to be made so I can once again complete card registration and payment transactions smoothly and without errors through Google Pay.
