Google Pay Maximum Card Error Prevents Me From Adding My Bank Card
I have been experiencing an unresolved issue for a long time while trying to add my Ziraat Bank Genç Bankkart debit card to my Google Pay account. After entering all my card information correctly and confirming the process, I receive an error message saying “you have reached the maximum number of cards allowed,” and the system refuses to add my card. Previously, I had approximately two cards registered through Papara on my Google Pay account.
This problem has been ongoing for nearly 6 months. Since I believe the issue is related to the Google Pay system rather than Ziraat Bankası itself, I contacted Google Pay customer support three different times. However, every time I called, I was placed on hold with a message saying I was being connected to customer service, and after waiting for a while, the call was disconnected without me ever reaching a live representative or receiving any actual support or solution.
I request that Google Pay fix this technical issue causing the “maximum number of cards reached” error and allow my Ziraat Genç Bankkart to be added to my account properly without problems. I also expect a clear and detailed explanation regarding this issue, which I have been struggling with for months without any effective customer support or resolution.
