GCash Withdrawal Missing From App and Account

My name is Arnel Andaya Bangc*** and I am using a GCash wallet. I requested a withdrawal from my GCash wallet on 16 September for a little over ₱500, but until today, four days later, I still have not received the money. The biggest problem is that there is no clear information in the app about this withdrawal. It does not show in my GCash app whether the withdrawal is processing, successful, or failed, so I have no way to track where my money is. Because the peso–dollar rate changes every day, this delay is also affecting the value I receive. I am requesting that GCash immediately credit my withdrawal amount of around ₱500 to my account or clearly process the transaction without any further delay, and provide an explanation of why this withdrawal did not appear or was not completed on time.
