I Can’t See My Delisted AIS/USDT Coin on Gate.io and Need Help Recovering It

I purchased AIS/USDT on Gate.io while it was still actively listed. However, the coin was later delisted, and I did not have the chance to convert it into USD before it was removed. Now, the coin is no longer visible in my account—neither in my spot wallet nor in any other wallet section on the platform.
I feel completely lost and disappointed because I can’t track or access my own funds. There has been no clear communication from Gate.io about what to do in such situations, and no guidance on whether I can retrieve the coin or how.
I urgently need Gate.io to clarify:
Where is my AIS/USDT balance now?
Is it still retrievable?
If AIS is currently listed on another exchange, how can I transfer my holdings from Gate.io to that exchange?
