Why Don’t All Accounts Receive Garena Free Fire Epic Crates?

Hello, my complaint is regarding the distribution of epic crates in Garena Free Fire. Many people around me have received these crates, which allow them to purchase exclusive workshops at a discount. However, many others, myself included, haven’t received any such crates. I’m curious to know why this is happening and what the criteria are for distributing these crates.
