Unjust Ban on My Garena Account Preventing Ranked Play

I’m writing as a female player who has been unable to join groups on my Garena account for 8 days. I can only play solo, which is frustrating as I want to participate in ranked matches and improve my skills in Clash Squad. Whenever I accept someone’s request to join a group, I get a warning about suspicious players in the group. I’ve never used cheats or anything unfair. I suspect this issue started because I encountered a cheater in a match, but now I’m the one being penalized. It’s disheartening that cheaters remain unbanned while clean players face restrictions.
