Request For Free Fire Account Ban Review And Unban

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which has been permanently banned on 13/04/2026 while I am playing on my iPhone. My Free Fire UID is 1794809652 and my in‑game name is WAK丶Hoiwt 〄. The game shows a message stating that my account has been locked/banned, but I believe this action may have been taken incorrectly. I have never intentionally used any third‑party software, cheats or other tools to interfere with the game or gain an unfair advantage. I always try to follow the game rules and play fairly. For this reason, seeing my account permanently banned without a clear explanation has been very upsetting and confusing for me. I kindly request that you thoroughly review my account, the logs and any related evidence once again. If the ban was applied by mistake, I respectfully ask you to fully unban my Free Fire account and restore my access. If, after your review, you believe the ban is valid, I would at least appreciate a clear and detailed explanation of the exact reason and the evidence used to reach this decision.
