Free Fire and Facebook Account Scammed

I am writing to report a fraud incident that affected my Free Fire account and Facebook account, which also caused a financial loss and a misunderstanding with a third‑party intermediary. About one month ago, I used a third‑party intermediary to help with a Free Fire account sale. During this process, a scammer gained access to my account via WhatsApp and managed to enter my Facebook account that was linked to Free Fire. The scammer then changed all of my Facebook passwords and shortly after that my Facebook account was blocked, as shown in the attached screenshot stating that the account has been deactivated. Because of this situation, the intermediary incorrectly believed that I was responsible for what happened, even though I was also a victim. In total, I suffered a loss of 100,000 rupiah. I still have the full WhatsApp chat history with the scammer, which clearly shows how this fraud happened. I have already contacted the related support channels about this issue, but my problem has not been resolved. I kindly request that my Free Fire account be restored to me. If account recovery is not possible, I ask for a refund of 100,000 rupiah that I lost due to this fraud. I expect this issue to be investigated thoroughly and that my victim status and good faith are taken into consideration so that my loss can be fairly resolved.
