Before the suspension I did not use any hacks, cheats, third‑party tools or illegal programs, and I did not perform any unusual actions in the game. Despite this, my account was permanently banned without a clear and detailed explanation. I have invested more than 90,000 (currency) in this account through in‑game purchases and items, and I do not want to lose the money and long‑term effort I spent on this account for a reason that I do not understand. I kindly request that you conduct a detailed investigation of my account and review the ban decision. If no concrete and valid evidence of cheating or abnormal activity is found, I ask you to lift the permanent suspension and restore my account. If you still decide to keep the ban, I request a clear and detailed explanation with the exact reason and evidence for this decision.
