Garena Support Never Restored My Hacked Free Fire Account

I am writing regarding a serious problem with my Free Fire account. My level 60 account with the white 444 name was hacked about three years ago, and since then I have not been able to access or use it. I use Free Fire in India and, after the hacking incident, I contacted Free Fire customer support. However, despite reaching out, my problem has not been resolved and I still do not have my account back. I kindly request that my hacked account be recovered and returned to me, and that all my progress and items be restored if possible. I would also like the situation to be investigated so that similar issues can be prevented in the future.
