Garena Has Not Helped Me Recover My Stolen Free Fire Account

I have been playing Free Fire on an Android device, and my account has been stolen. The in‑game name was originally “DEVIL_57511”, but the thief has since changed both the Google account linked to it and the in‑game name. The UID of the stolen account is 4346014587. I can no longer access my account, while the person who stole it is still actively playing with it. After noticing that my account was stolen and the Google account was changed, I tried to get help from Free Fire / Garena support. I contacted support through all available channels, including in‑game support, email, and the website form, and clearly explained that my account had been hacked and taken over. However, despite these attempts, I have not received any effective help, and my account remains in the hands of the thief. I urgently and clearly request that my Free Fire account with UID 4346014587 be fully recovered and given back to me so that I can log in again and continue playing. I am asking you to take the necessary actions to return the account to its rightful owner instead of leaving it with the person who stole it.
