Garena Free Fire Wrongfully Banned My Account—I’ve Always Played Fair
I was shocked to find out that my Garena Free Fire account had been banned. As a 45-year-old player who has always respected the rules and played fairly, I truly don’t understand why this happened. I’ve never engaged in cheating, hacking, or any form of misconduct, so this suspension feels completely unjustified.
I kindly request that my account be reviewed thoroughly. I suspect this could be the result of a technical error or a misunderstanding, and I believe a proper investigation would prove my innocence.

Friends, my account has been banned and it has been exactly one year. I have probably messaged Garena’s own site about 100 times, and I always get the same automatic response from the system, the same things over and over. Let alone finding a solution, there isn’t even a real person to address you. I am 45 years old and people spend a lot of money to have a good account, but no one cares about you. Let’s get to the point: my KD ratio is around 2.3, I was someone who was happy with getting 2 kills per game. For me, it was just to pass the time. I never used cheats, not every shot I took was a headshot, I never spoke badly to anyone, and I am definitely not someone who uses a microphone. I am asking the page admins: why is my account closed, for God’s sake, why don’t you give me an answer? I don’t even know which platform to write to anymore. Garena is really a terrible gaming platform, not because I got banned, but because you don’t treat people like human beings and don’t respond.
