Garena Free Fire Suspended My Account Despite No Use of Hacks or Third-Party Apps

Hi Garena Free Fire, I am from India and have been playing Free Fire for more than two years. My game level is 56, and I have over 600 likes. On the evening of April 3, my Free Fire account was suspended. However, I have never used any hacks or third-party applications. I have spent money on many in-game purchases, so does that mean all my investments are now wasted? I also upload Free Fire gameplay videos on my YouTube channel. I play with high ping due to severe network issues in my village, which might have caused problems, but it is definitely not due to hacks. I do not know if there was any unintentional issue in the past, but I assure you I have not used any unauthorized apps. I have even watched videos on how to unsuspend a Free Fire account but have not used any third-party solutions. Please review my account and give it back. I want to continue playing Free Fire, but if this issue is not resolved, I may have to stop playing altogether. Please look into this matter and restore my account as soon as possible.
