Garena Free Fire Ranked Team Deathmatch Global Ranking Issue

I'm having an issue with the global ranking system in Garena Free Fire's ranked team deathmatch mode. Even though I have fulfilled all the necessary criteria to be included in the global rankings, I am not currently being displayed on the leaderboard. This is obviously a mistake that requires attention.
I am unable to receive the Grandmaster rewards, and it seems that the minimum requirement to be among the top 5000 is 104 stars. I have 124 stars, which should definitely make me eligible. Please address this matter promptly.
