Free Fire Grandmaster Rank Bug - Stuck Elite Master, Missing Rewards

I’ve been playing Garena Free Fire for years, and although I reached the Grandmaster rank, my profile still shows me as an Elite Master. I also haven’t received my Grandmaster rewards. At first, I thought the issue would be fixed, but it has been over a week, and nothing has changed. I want this issue to be resolved.
