I’m Losing Stars in Garena Free Fire Due to Bad Matchmaking and Bot Abuse

Hello, my name is Nilda. I’ve been playing Garena Free Fire for 5-6 years and truly love the game. However, my patience is running out. I’m ranked Master with 54 stars in Ranked Mode, but the matchmaking keeps giving me terrible teammates, and my stars keep dropping—I’m now down to 51 stars, and it keeps falling rapidly. Frustrated, I switched to Normal Team Deathmatch mode, hoping for a better experience, but I keep getting matched with bots! I hate playing against bots, so I use the "force exit" option, but then the Sheriff Robo unfairly deducts my honor points as if I’m forced to play bots. This is unacceptable. Either fix the matchmaking to match me with players of my skill level or I will quit the game. I’m about to file complaints everywhere. Please solve this problem!
