Garena Free Fire Banned My Account, Please Recover It

My Garena Free Fire account was banned after I downloaded Free Fire through an app called Gbox on my other device (a Huawei). As soon as I logged in, I received a message saying "Account Ban." This has been really upsetting, especially considering how much money I invested in that account, only for it to be suspended despite not using hacks or playing with anyone who did.
